A321 Terms & Conditions: User Rules and Rights

1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the platform a321, available at a321.world. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered by a321 — Sports Betting, Live Casino, Crash Games, Poker, or any other feature — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms described here.

A321 is a digital entertainment platform exclusively for adults residing in Brazil. All services are provided in the national currency, the Brazilian Real (R$), and only payment methods available within Brazilian territory are accepted.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use a321's services. For questions about specific points, our support team is available in English 24 hours a day.

2Registration & Eligibility

To create an account at a321 and use any of the platform's services, users must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF;
• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information — full name, date of birth, address, CPF, and email;
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an a321 employee;
• Not be subject to a voluntary self-exclusion on the platform;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.

A321 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify a user's identity. Documents that may be required include: a copy of a government-issued ID (RG or CNH), proof of address dated within the last 90 days, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified deadline may result in a temporary account suspension.

Each user may hold only one active account on a321. Duplicate accounts — identified by CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method — will be closed and any bonus balances forfeited. Real-money balances in duplicate accounts may be returned to the user after verification, at a321's discretion.

3Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your a321 account credentials. Your password and login details must not be shared with anyone under any circumstances. a321 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact a321 support immediately via live chat. The platform may proactively block access to the account while the situation is investigated, with no impact on your balance.

• Keep your registered email address up to date — it is a321's primary channel for communicating with you;
• Enable two-step verification whenever it is available;
• Never access your account on public devices or open Wi-Fi networks;
• Regularly review your transaction history to spot any unusual activity.

A321 keeps a full record of every user's betting history, deposits, and withdrawals. You can access this history at any time from your account dashboard. Detailed statements can be requested from support if you have questions about a specific transaction.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

A321 exclusively accepts payment methods available in Brazil. Accepted methods are: Pix, boleto bancário, credit and debit card (accepted card brands subject to availability), PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer through major banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions.

All amounts are processed in Brazilian Reais (R$). a321 does not accept deposits in foreign currency and does not perform currency conversion. International payment methods are not accepted.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: R$ 10.00;
• Pix deposits are processed within 5 minutes of bank confirmation, at any time of day;
• Deposits via boleto bancário may take up to 3 business days to clear;
• Credit card deposits may be subject to fraud screening, which can take up to 30 minutes;
• A321 does not charge any fees on deposits made by users.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 20.00;
• Withdrawals are processed within 48 hours of the request, with priority for VIP members (under 30 minutes in most cases);
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit whenever possible;
• A321 does not charge any fees on Pix withdrawals;
• Before your first withdrawal, you may be asked to complete identity verification by submitting documents;
• Withdrawals with an active bonus on the account can only be processed after the full wagering requirements of the corresponding promotion have been met.

5Sports Betting

A321 offers Sports Betting across more than 30 sports, with a strong focus on Brazilian football — Brasileirão Série A, B, and C, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores — as well as volleyball (Superliga Feminina and Masculina, Liga das Nações), basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, and e-sports, among others.

• Minimum bet per event: R$ 1.00;
• Maximum bet per event: varies by market and event. Limits are displayed before you confirm your bet;
• Bets are confirmed only once the amount has been deducted from your available balance and a receipt has been issued;
• Bets cannot be changed or canceled by the user after confirmation, except when the cash out feature is available;
• Live bets are subject to broadcast delays. a321 is not responsible for bets placed based on information obtained from external streams;
• If an event is suspended, permanently discontinued, or canceled before reaching the minimum playing time established for that sport, all bets will be refunded at their original value.

A321 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or review results where there is evidence of a technical error, incorrect data provided by data sources, or suspected match manipulation. In such cases, affected users will be notified and fully refunded.

6Live Casino & Electronic Games

A321 offers a Live Casino with 180 tables streamed 24 hours a day, including European roulette, lightning roulette, classic blackjack, infinite blackjack, baccarat, dragon tiger, crazy time, mega ball, and other game shows. Electronic casino games (slots and RNG) are provided by certified suppliers and audited by independent laboratories.

• Minimum bet at live tables: R$ 1.00 (varies by table);
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is published on the platform and audited periodically;
• Live game results depend on real physical factors (mechanical roulette wheels, physical cards) — no results in these games are algorithm-generated;
• RNG games use certified, audited random number generators — results are statistically independent and random;
• If a technical failure occurs during a live round, the round is declared void and the staked amount is fully refunded;
• A321 reserves the right to remove games from its catalog or change providers without prior notice, without affecting bets already confirmed.

Crash games available at a321 — such as Aviator and JetX — have outcomes determined by certified, verifiable algorithms. The multiplier history for each game is available in the interface for users to review.

7Bonuses & Promotions

A321 offers welcome bonuses, seasonal promotions, and special deals tied to events such as Brasileirão, Copa Libertadores, and Superliga. All promotions have specific terms published on the Promotions, which should be read before activating any bonus.

General rules that apply to all a321 bonuses:

• Each bonus may be redeemed only once per user, per CPF, per address, and per payment method;
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must be wagered a minimum number of times (wagering requirement / rollover) before it becomes withdrawable real-money balance;
• The minimum wagering requirement is 5x the bonus amount for Sports Betting and 30x for the casino, unless otherwise specified in the promotion;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the wagering requirement;
• A321 reserves the right to cancel bonuses for users who display betting patterns consistent with promotional abuse (betting on opposing outcomes to guarantee a profit);
• Unused bonuses expire 30 calendar days after the activation date, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion;
• A321 may modify, suspend, or end promotions at any time, with no right to compensation for users who did not activate the bonus before it ended.

8Responsible Gambling

A321 believes that Sports Betting and casino games should be a form of entertainment — never an income strategy or a way to cope with financial difficulties. That is why we offer self-management tools directly in each user's dashboard:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on your deposits. Once active, the limit can be lowered immediately — increases take 24 hours to take effect;
• Bet limits: set a maximum amount you can wager per session or per day;
• Temporary break: lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the pause, logging in and making deposits are not possible;
• Permanent self-exclusion: request permanent account closure. a321 processes the request within 24 hours and keeps the block in place for a minimum of 5 years;
• Betting history: track your spending and winnings in real time to stay in control of your finances.

9Privacy & Data Protection (LGPD)

A321 collects and processes users' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018 — LGPD). The data collected is used exclusively for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

• Users' personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes;
• Data sharing with payment partners occurs solely to process transactions and prevent fraud;
• A321 may be required to share data with government authorities pursuant to a court order or legal request;
• You have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data at any time — except where retention is required by law;
• A321 does not collect or process data from users under 18.

10User Conduct

Using the a321 platform means agreeing to a basic code of conduct. The following practices are strictly prohibited:

• Provide false information during registration or identity verification;
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers;
• Use automated software, bots, or any technical tool to manipulate bets or games;
• Place bets on opposing markets (arbitrage) with the sole purpose of exploiting bonuses;
• Sharing account access with third parties;
• Using a321's services for money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language in support chat or in interactions with live dealers.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bonuses, and, in serious cases, withholding of the balance for investigation and reporting to the relevant authorities.

11Account Suspension and Closure

A321 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, exhibits fraudulent behavior, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

If an account is closed due to a violation, the bonus balance will be canceled immediately. The real-money balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete, provided there is no evidence of fraud or illicit activity associated with that balance.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time through a321 support. Processing takes up to 48 hours, and any available real-money balance will be returned via Pix after final identity verification.

12Limitation of Liability

A321 is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets freely placed by the user. Sports Betting and casino games carry the risk of losing the staked amount — by using the platform, the user acknowledges this risk and accepts the financial consequences of their own decisions.

• A321 does not guarantee any financial return on any bet or game;
• Temporary system outages, scheduled maintenance, or third-party disruptions (internet providers, banks, payment processors) do not give rise to any right to compensation;
• Bets confirmed before a technical outage will be processed normally once systems are restored;
• A321 is not responsible for unauthorized use of the platform by third parties resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

13Changes to These Terms

A321 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When this happens, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised, and for material changes, users will be notified by email at least 15 days before the new rules take effect.

Continued use of the platform after a new version of the Terms is published constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated conditions, you may close your account without penalty within 15 days of receiving notice.

Disputes not resolved through support channels may be submitted to mediation as provided under Brazilian law. a321 designates the courts of São Paulo as the competent jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to the consumer's right to choose the courts of their place of residence under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
